In less than three minutes (2:56) the city council voted Monday, May 12,  to repeal the Principal Shopping District (PSD).  No questions were asked of either the DDA directory, Cristina Shepard-Decius, or the No PSD Commitee spokesperson, Tiffani Gagne, and there was no discussion among council members.
